Bletchley Regeneration

One of the projects in the Bletchley Town Deal programme is the “revolving development fund.” This was used to purchase the Brunel, Wilko and Sainsbury sites.

In July 2026 a new partnership between MUSE, Milton Keynes City Council, and Milton Keynes Development Partnership was announced. As part of this partnership, Muse will develop the master plan for these sites, in addition to the above sites this will include the former Police Station and Fire Station Sites.

The development of these sites is a key part of regenerating Bletchley opening Queensway up along with the new eastern entrance to the railway station.

There will be ongoing developments around regenerating these areas, and the wider town, in the months and years ahead and they will include housing, retail, and hopefully a new health hub for Bletchley.
