Road Closures and band stand removal in Central Bletchley - Town Deal works in progress

Road Closures in Central Bletchley

Phase 1 of the Town Deal Transport Hub works on Saxon Street will begin on Monday 23 March.

This phase includes installing two new signalised crossings on Princes Way and one on Albert Street. The work is expected to take around 12 weeks. Princes Way will be closed between Saxon Street and Dukes Drive, but shops and the car park will remain open.

Traffic and bus diversion routes, along with the street closure map, are available in the resources section of the Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Deal website.

Stanier Square Updates

Queensway public realm improvements are underway to help create a more welcoming and thriving town centre for everyone. MKCC has been talking to local people and organisations, and residents who have taken the time to feedback have been clear that they would welcome a more open and flexible space for events, activities, and market stalls. To make this possible, the old bandstand on Stanier Square is being moved on Monday as part of the MKCC Town Deal works

Please contact info@groundbreakingbletchleyandfenny.co.uk if you have any further questions on any of the information outlined above.
